Beenish Urooj – Founder & CVO, The Wellness Village for Moms
Beenish Urooj is a dedicated social service worker and community leader whose passion for serving others deepened when she became a mother. Recognizing the immense challenges mothers face in trying to be an entire village for their children, she envisioned a space where they could find the support, connection, and resources they truly deserve. This vision led to the creation of The Wellness Village for Moms—a sanctuary for mothers’ holistic well-being.
With a background in social services, international community development, and Islamic psychology, Beenish combines her professional expertise with her heartfelt commitment to empowering mothers. Her work is driven by the belief that when mothers thrive, entire families and communities flourish.

The Birth of The Wellness Village for Moms
Motherhood is a journey of love, sacrifice, and immense growth—but it doesn’t have to be a lonely or overwhelming one. The Wellness Village for Moms (TWVP) was born from a deep personal need—one that countless mothers share—the need for a nurturing, faith-centered community that uplifts both mother and child.
Our founder, Beenish Urooj, a mother of four, knows firsthand the beauty and struggles of motherhood. After years of waiting, she was blessed with twins in 2015, followed by two more children quickly. Living in a foreign country, without the familiar support of extended family or a close-knit community, she found herself facing exhaustion, self-doubt, and the silent struggles of parenting in isolation. The overwhelming demands of motherhood and emotional burnout led her on a journey of self-growth and healing—a journey that transformed not only her life but also inspired the vision for TWVP.
A Village for Mothers, A Sanctuary for Families
As Beenish embraced homeschooling her children, she soon realized that while she was providing them with a nurturing learning environment, there was not enough support available for mothers who were carrying the weight of it all. The exhaustion, the guilt, and the relentless responsibilities often left mothers depleted, without a space to recharge, connect, and thrive. This was the turning point.
She envisioned a place where homeschooling mothers could come together, not just for educational support but for emotional, spiritual, and communal upliftment. A space where faith, well-being, and connection are at the heart of everything. Thus, The Wellness Village for Moms was created—a first-of-its-kind initiative for Muslim homeschooling mothers, offering them the community and resources they need to flourish in both their motherhood and personal growth.
More Than Just Homeschooling Support
TWVP is more than an educational resource; it is a village built on faith, sincerity, humility, and communal service. Our programs are designed to support both mothers and children in a holistic way:
For Moms: Wellness retreats, coaching, workshops and a sanctuary of support where mothers can rejuvenate, reconnect, and rejoice in their role—without burnout. Practical support services like trusted help for housework, meal prep, and babysitting—because every mother deserves moments of rest and self-care.
For Children: Faith-centered learning spaces that include Qur’an, Islamic Studies, academics, and emotional intelligence programs, so children can thrive in a nurturing environment while mothers find the peace of mind they deserve.
At The Wellness Village for Moms we believe that a well-supported mother raises a well-supported child. This is your space, your village, and your home.

You Don't Have To Do It Alone
